The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. the location was convenient and central, close to restaurants and shops. We were able to enjoy a great breakfast. the staff was friendly and accommodating to all our requests.

The check-in process was a nightmare, we had to keep resending our personal documents even though we had sent them multiple times. the staff was not helpful or friendly, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience.

The location was great. We were able to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops. Also, the free parking was a huge plus. The room had a unique decor with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. We also appreciated the coffee machine and kettle in the room.

The communication with the management was a nightmare. They wanted us to send copies of our passports multiple times, and when we finally arrived, we had a hard time finding our room. Additionally, we had an issue with bed bugs and the management was incredibly rude and unhelpful. the poor customer service ruined what could have been a lovely romantic escape.
